Billing electricity consumption when moving

The electricity consumption we are charged in connection with the monthly statements is three months in arrears. If the seller is invoiced separately for the remaining electricity consumption until the moving date, an invoicing fee of SEK 389 plus VAT (2026) will be added.

If you want to avoid this invoicing fee, the board suggests that the seller and buyer agree on an amount when making the final payment, and that the buyer then pays the electricity consumption for the period before moving in. The cost per kWh is stated in the monthly statements (don’t forget the VAT). If the seller is to be invoiced after moving, this must be communicated to our economic management, otherwise it will be presumed that the seller and buyer have reached an agreement that the buyer will pay to the association as per above.

Cleaning of ventilation and work outside on facades during week 9, 23-25 February – 
House A (Stora Trädgårdsg. 4) & House B (Stora Trädgårdsg. 8) 

As a follow-up to the autumn’s OVK, we must carry out a mandatory ventilation cleaning in all apartments in buildings A&B and clean valves from the outside on the facade.

In addition, buildings A & B’s facade needs to be cleaned of algae/moss.

The work inside the apartments is carried out by a subcontractor to Climat80, OMNINO, and on the outside, rope climbers from VYN are working with facade cleaning and cleaning of valves.

Ventilation cleaning inside the apartments – only houses A & B:

In order for the work to go quickly and smoothly, we kindly ask you to empty the areas in front of your exhaust air/extraction, i.e. generally WC, bathroom & kitchen. 

Omnino AB/ Climat 80 works between:

Monday 23/2 – Wednesday 25/2, between 7:45-16:00.

You need to be home for half a day, which we will announce as a letter in your mailbox. If you cannot be home, you must inform the board and leave the key to the board or a neighbor. We must do the mandatory cleaning!

Facade work on Houses A&B: The ground under the repair workers may be blocked off with cones and plastic tape. For safety reasons, we ask you to respect these barriers and under no circumstances touch ropes or equipment.

The algaecide for the facade is biodegradable. We ask you to ensure that your balconies are free of plants and anything else that you do not want to get algaecide on.

If you cannot be home, you must inform the board and leave the key to the board or to a neighbor.
